Transcript Request

Transcript requests are fulfilled through Parchment, a leading company in secure transcript delivery. Parchment manages processing and delivery; the custodial school of record retains the official transcript data. Parchment is FERPA compliant and follows federal regulations for the privacy of educational records.

Some students may have attended a campus that was later renamed. Transcripts are available for students who attended those locations, although they will be issued under the campus name at the time of closing (the transcript legend includes information about the previous campus name(s)). These other names can be searched in the campus selection list on Parchment. A listing is also included in the Locations tab on this site.

ORDERING SPECIFICS

As part of a one-time account setup, you will be asked to provide the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number for identity verification. The transcript fee is assessed regardless of transcript hold status. If you have an academic issue preventing release of your transcript, we will not be able to issue your official transcript. Please contact student accounts at 888-810-4556 to discuss the issue.

PRICE AND DELIVERY TIME

• $15- Transcript (electronic or paper) requested electronically through Parchment
• $40- Overnight/US Mail delivery

The transcript fee must be paid by credit card or debit card at the time of order. For orders paying by check or money order, you will not be able to use the online request system; contact records@careered.com for assistance.
