        Baking is the production of breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. Skilled baking requires a knowledge of production processes, health and sanitation regulations, applied chemistry and mathematics.

        Front-of-house service duties include maintaining a pleasant and safe dining environment for customers, and working with wait staff and kitchen staff to ensure operations run smoothly.

        • Education Required: Bachelor degree plus significant workplace experience.
