        Program Focus

        In our IT programs that focus on information systems management, the curriculum is designed to produce graduates with the technical knowledge and management skills necessary to determine the technology needs of an organization, and then provide research-based guidance towards appropriate solutions in harmony with human resources.

        Course topics may include:
        • Web development
        • Databases, data structures, and database query language
        • Network administration and equipment
        • Organizational psychology and behavior
        • Project management

        Student Life

        Students in our IT degree programs can benefit from the real-world perspective of our instructors, many of whom have experience in the fields they teach. Our curriculum also places emphasis on career-focused learning experiences that model the workplace.

        All schools have a Career Services department dedicated to helping students identify, clarify, and pursue their academic and professional goals.

        Finally, our schools’ Alumni Associations offer additional opportunities for students and graduates to make important connections—professional and personal.

        Information Systems Management
        As organizations rely more heavily on technology, they require analysis of their technological needs, and guidance that helps them implement it in a way that fits their staff members’ needs. This is the purpose of information systems management.
