Program Focus:
In our diploma and certificate programs, dialysis technology students can learn the skills necessary to support physicians in the treatment of kidney disease. Students also cover foundational information needed to function effectively in the current healthcare environment.
Course topics may include:

- Laboratory procedures and practice

Dialysis Technology
Dialysis is the process of filtering impurities from the blood. In healthy people, the kidneys perform this function. When disease causes the kidneys to fail, patients can receive artificial dialysis in a clinical setting.
