        Instructional Coordination

        Instructional coordination aims to improve instructional quality in the classroom. Through a combination of curriculum design, instructor evaluation and training, and course materials selection, instructional coordination ensures that learning experiences are as appropriate and effective as possible.

        • Key Traits: Analytical abilities, presentation skills, writing skills.
        • Education Required: Master’s degree in education; teaching experience. Some schools may also require state licensure.
        • Where Instructional Coordination Is Needed: Elementary and secondary schools, colleges, community colleges, military academies, vocational training institutions, corporations or other organizations that train workers on-site.
