        From recruitment to training to motivation, human resource management is the study and practice of issues that affect workers. Graduates of our degree programs should be able to:

        • Plan and implement effective training programs

        Student Life

        Whether they are working towards a graduate or undergraduate degree, our students tackle project- and team-based learning that reflects the real-world working environment, and benefit from the first-hand experience of our instructors, many of whom have professional backgrounds in the fields they teach.

        Students both online and on-campus can take advantage of our Career Services departments. All schools have a dedicated Career Services staff that aims to help accounting students identify, clarify, and pursue their academic and professional goals.
